G1R:MP 0.1.9 / Protocol 42 / BUILD264 - server package variants

WITH TTS: server plus portable CPU Python 3.12, isolated dependencies,
Chatterbox Multilingual V3 and Ukrainian StyleTTS2 models and language data.
WITHOUT TTS: the same server and Lua APIs without the large optional runtime.
Both variants ship with TTS disabled. Use the normal server launcher only.
Map Editor and map_scene are included, optional and not auto-started.

Windows x64: a supported Windows/Windows Server installation with the system
Universal C Runtime. Microsoft VC143 DLLs accompany the TTS interpreters.
Linux x86_64: glibc-based Linux, kernel 4.19+, glibc >= 2.28, libstdc++6,
libgcc-s1, libgomp1 and libatomic1. Alpine/musl is not supported. Install any
missing named OS library with your distribution's package manager.
The portable CPU runtime has been exercised on Debian through WSL.

Plan 8 GiB RAM for one CPU engine; 16 GiB is recommended when both may render
alongside a populated server. These are guidelines, not guaranteed capacity.
Full runtimes require several GiB of disk plus growing caches/saved recordings.
GPU/CUDA is not required. No system Python, pip or Git is needed.

Exact versions, sizes and hashes are in tts/runtime/runtime-manifest.json
in WITH TTS. SHA256SUMS.txt records the whole server package.
No operator credentials or voice samples are shipped. See TTS-INSTRUCTIONS.txt
and https://g1r-mp.com/wiki/index.php?title=Server_TTS for setup.
